Children under 13 (COPPA)

We do not collect personal information from a child under 13 until a parent or guardian gives verifiable consent while creating the child's profile. We never use behavioral advertising or ad tracking.

School records (FERPA)

School accounts are kept fully separate from other accounts. Student records stay confidential, are only visible to the account that created them, and are never used to train public AI models.

What we store

  • The adult account's name and email.
  • Each learner's first name or nickname, learning settings, and their tutoring sessions.

Data retention and deletion

Account owners can delete any learner session or learner profile at any time, which permanently removes its work logs.
